1. Do you charge commission on currency exchange?

No. All our currency exchange is completely commission free.

2. Are there any hidden charges?

No. We do not have any hidden charges.

3. How do I know I am getting a competitive quote?

The Whitehouse Retail Limited management team operate the money exchange business, resulting in considerable economies of scale. This, combined with buying power and many years experience, ensure our customers will always receive competitive quotes.  

4. Are you open on Bank Holidays?

Yes, we open on Bank Holidays, when you need us most!

 

Customer Service

I am not happy with the service I received, what can I do?

We do our best to give our customers the best possible service but If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service then we would like to hear from you. You can contact us by telephone or in writing, by post, fax or email at the above address. ( complaints@whitehouseretaillimited.com). We will acknowlegde receipt of your complaint by email and to confirm it is being investigated. In the unlikely event we can not respond within 7 days, we will endeavour to resolve your complaint and provide you with a final response within 14 days.
