Whitehouse Retail Park began as a small filling station with two pumps and a modest shop. Over the years, it grew into a true local hub, adding a car wash complex, a supermarket, and a range of customer-focused services. Today, the business spans over 4 acres and employs more than 40 staff.

As the site evolved, the grocery shop expanded, the car wash was upgraded with advanced conveyor and jet wash technology, and retail units were added. Today, Whitehouse Retail Park is a premier one-stop local centre—catering to everything from hot food and cold beer to haircuts and quality meats.

New businesses have joined along the way, including a bakery, café, barber shop, and an off-licence. Most recently, a petrol filling station returned to the site, alongside vacuum bays and air/water towers. The Gleam Machine Car Wash Complex now features the most up-to-date Istobal conveyor wash—the fastest in the North West—capable of washing 100 cars per hour with two powerful under-body washes. A new five-bay jet wash complex has also been added, offering high-pressure hot detergent, foaming brushes, snow foam, wax protection, and a spot-free rinse.
